Care Specialist

Ocala, Florida

We are looking for someone who understands the need to deliver excellence and world-class service goes above and beyond to make sure his or her part of service is delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with medical offices, hospitals, laboratories, etc. to obtain patients’ medical records and imaging.
• Speak clearly, confidently and have a friendly phone demeanor.
• Index medical records - take collected medical records and index them to make them easier for our medical team to review.
• Perform accurate data collection and entry.
• Pay attention to the little details - they matter.
• Be comfortable performing Internet searches.
• Be able to handle a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. You need good judgment to appropriately juggle your responsibilities.
• Not be afraid to ask questions and raise your hand when you need help. Lost time can directly impact lives.
• Be proficient with common office software -- Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.
• Have a sense of humor, and like to have fun. We work hard. So we like to laugh a lot too.

Software Engineer

We're seeking a great software engineer to join our tight-knit team. Our business is saving lives, so bring your best. You’ll be working in an Agile team that support our team of doctors and case coordinators and the world’s best physicians with the applications and features they need to deliver patient success.

Requirements:

• Minimum four years professional experience throughout the stack, reducing to practice proven design patterns
• Expert-level professional experience with:ruby or python; and jQuery or another Javascript framework
• Significant and recent professional experience leading small teams in an Agile environment
• Heavy professional experience modeling real-word data in both RDBS and NoSQL persistence layers
• Expert-level experience developing web applications in a modern web application framework like Rails or Django; and
• Reliable, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Business Development Manager

Ocala, Florida

Responsibilities:

• Expand GrandOpinions’ reach into the employer market. Mentality to develop the sales strategy and implement all aspects of the sales approach –including the development and management of the team – that results in closing transformative, brand-defining deals
• Thoughtful sales strategy and implementation: analyze sales targets and plans accordingly, collaborates with strategy and business development team and is an excellent communicator with an unparalleled ability to deploy products into the employer market
• Develop sales metrics, tracking, and training capabilities in order to assess and improve team progress, shorten the sales cycle, build uniformity and efficiency into the sales process and improve predictability; provide GrandOpinions’ executive team with regular and consistent sales forecasting reports based on such metrics; manage expectations internally regarding quarterly and annual revenue goals as well as progress against those goals

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in sales or large account management in a complex, consultative selling environment, selling HR / Benefits / Healthcare solutions to the HR, Finance and executive teams
• Uses a consultative approach in selling; can engage with executives in understanding their pain points as they relate to employee benefits and work creatively with the GrandOpinions’ team in formulating a flexible solution and negotiating and structuring complex sales contracts
• Experience recruiting, managing, and leading a sales team in an early-stage or high growth environment; s/he must take a proactive and team-centric approach, exercising good judgment while being both flexible and upholding accountability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• A self-starter who has experience and is willing to act as an individual contributor with a proven - Passion to lead in a mission-based, entrepreneurial environment
