Dr. Gyan has been a SPOTRIAS Clinical Research Associate, Division
of Vascular Neurology, Washington University School of Medicine,
St Louis, MO. SPOTRIAS aims to reduce disability and
mortality in acute stroke patients through the development of
improved treatment by laboratory investigation into the biology
of stroke, clinical investigation of new therapies based on these
laboratory studies, and assessment of outcome and improved
application of effective therapies. His patients and students
love him for his dedication to patient care and excellence in
guidance to his peers. Dr. Gyan is actively involved in teaching
medical students rotating on the Neurology service on the floor.
His love for reasearch and acadstrongics in the field of medicine
is second to none and is passionate about.
