Dr. Ashutosh Kaul  is the Director of Minimally Invasive and Robotic surgery at Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Kaul has been performing obesity surgery since 2000 and is a member of the American Bariatric Society. He along with other members of the Bariatric surgery team at Westchester Medical Center has performed live surgeries by teleconference at many society meetings. They are also innovators in Robotic surgery being amongst the first to use robotics in gastric bypass surgery. Dr. Kaul is also involved in training of residents and fellows in general surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery. He is co-program director of Minimally Invasive Fellowship training at New York Medical College.
